As a Process Chemist / Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of processes for the production of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new processes, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process chemistry and chemical engineering, with experience in API manufacturing and a working knowledge of AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize processes for API manufacturing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Work with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in API manufacturing and process chemistry
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud-based systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
