Process & Systems Specialist driving operational excellence through data‑driven process optimization, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to integrate new systems and technologies into existing production lines.
- Collect, interpret, and visualize process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and IT teams to implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives and sustain gains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement and systems integration within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and process simulation software.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
