Drive end‑to‑end process and system improvements for omnichannel fulfillment, leveraging data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and Python to optimize material flow, reduce costs, and enhance last‑mile delivery performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and redesign end‑to‑end fulfillment processes to increase throughput and reduce cycle time.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using SQL and Python to monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Design and optimize distribution center layouts and material handling systems for scalability.
- Integrate new technologies and automation tools to support digital transformation of last‑mile delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process or systems engineering within supply chain or logistics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
