Process & Method Engineer

We are seeking a Process & Method Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient processes and methods to drive business growth and improvement. This includes developing and implementing process improvements, identifying and mitigating process risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, with experience in Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, and process engineering. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement process improvements to drive business growth and improvement.
• Identify and mitigate process risks to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Develop and implement process metrics and reporting to measure process performance.
• Provide process engineering support to business leaders and teams.

Requirements:
