Software Engineer
Lead process and mechanical engineering initiatives across EMEA, driving continuous improvement, plant optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration using Lean Six Sigma, CAD, and FMEA tools to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for consumer health products across multiple EMEA sites.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase throughput.
- Develop and maintain detailed CAD models, process flow diagrams, and FMEA documentation to support design and production.
- Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Analyze production data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering within a consumer goods or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and process simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experience leading improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across international teams.
