Lead the support and enhancement of Logitech’s global partner portal and Salesforce Sales Cloud, driving efficient partner engagement and data integrity across B2B sales and marketing functions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot the global Partner Portal and associated Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
- Implement and configure PRM features to streamline partner onboarding, collaboration, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy enhancements.
- Monitor system health, perform data quality checks, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Document processes, create user guides, and provide training to partner and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong knowledge of PRM and partner management modules.
- Hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, data management, and automation (Process Builder, Flow).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
