As a Principal/Staff Applied Scientist, AI, you will architect and implement advanced machine learning solutions and lead efforts to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to create transformative AI experiences. You will focus on spearheading ML applications in Messaging and Notification, enhancing guest and host experiences while mentoring and growing a team of engineers and applied scientists.

This role believes in the transformative power of science to innovate customer experiences in these domains. You will architect and implement advanced machine learning solutions, including recommendation engines, ranking systems, intent detection models, and integrating intelligence into existing platforms. A key part of your role will be leading efforts to harness Large Language Models (LLMs) to create transformative AI experiences. Many initiatives are in their early conceptual stages, offering the opportunity to shape ideas from inception to production. You will lead ML, Data, and Product engineers to drive ML applications, with a core focus on spearheading Machine Learning applications in Messaging and Notification to enhance guest and host experiences.
