Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, driving integration, security, and scalability across global cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end Workday HCM and Compensation solutions that align with enterprise strategy and scale globally.
- Design and implement integrations between Workday and other SaaS, on‑premise, and cloud systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Define security, compliance, and data‑privacy controls within Workday implementations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best‑practice guidance to delivery teams and external partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale Workday HCM/Compensation solutions.
- Deep expertise in Workday configuration, business process design, and integration technologies (Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, APIs).
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and SaaS integration patterns.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus across cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
