Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of an AI‑enabled workplace platform for field agencies, integrating communications, collaboration, and transaction tools across Guardian’s approved technology stack.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the end‑to‑end workplace platform for field agencies, ensuring seamless connectivity, collaboration, and transaction capabilities.
- Drive the integration of AI features into communications and collaboration tools to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Collaborate with home office and agency partners to gather requirements, validate solutions, and iterate on platform design.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in implementing scalable, secure cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
- Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing to accelerate delivery and maintain high reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with a focus on workplace and collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and modern cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and AI/ML integration within enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership skills, able to influence stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
