Engineering Manager
Lead technical architect driving cloud-native solutions, automating infrastructure, and mentoring engineering teams with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures using AWS services and Kubernetes.
- Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on best practices in DevOps, infrastructure as code, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure compliance, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies and tooling to enhance delivery velocity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation).
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical initiatives.
