Principal Technical Project Manager - Tac Comm onsite

As a Principal Technical Project Manager - Tac Comm, you will lead technical projects in tactical communications, utilizing expertise in software development and project management to drive innovation and success. You will be responsible for the overall technical direction and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project resources. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as identifying and mitigating project risks. This is an onsite position located in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical projects in tactical communications, utilizing expertise in software development and project management to drive innovation and success.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on software development and tactical communications.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
• Experience with AWS and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
