Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven solutions for market operations, partnering with senior leaders to design and scale agentic systems while managing complex technical programmes and cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for AI‑enabled operational platforms across Markets Operations and Commercial & Investment Banking.
- Partner with senior business and technology leaders to shape an agent‑first operating model and align technical delivery with strategic goals.
- Drive agile programme management practices, overseeing multiple interdependent workstreams, risk mitigation, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and product owners—to build, test, and deploy scalable AI and machine‑learning services.
- Ensure robust cloud architecture and data‑engineering pipelines (e.g., AWS, GCP) support high‑performance, secure AI workloads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical programme or product management experience delivering AI/ML solutions in a financial services or similarly regulated environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven ability to lead large, complex programmes using agile methodologies and to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of translating strategic vision into concrete deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging technical and business domains.
