About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end technical programs that integrate emerging AI technologies to improve productivity and business results.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, removing obstacles before they affect schedule, quality, or budget.
- Define, track, and report program metrics, using data insights to steer decisions and optimize performance.
- Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, operations, and executive stakeholders, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Implement Agile and lean practices to ensure iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and rapid value realization.
- Partner with cloud architects to design scalable, secure solutions on major cloud platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi‑team technical programs, preferably in AI or data‑intensive domains.
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and program governance.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑influence skills across senior leadership and technical teams.
- Hands‑on familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML platforms.
