About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program delivery for AI‑powered measurement products, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality releases.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define measurement models, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize features for maximum advertiser value.
- Drive continuous improvement of measurement accuracy, scalability, and automation across Amazon’s ad tech stack.
- Mentor and coach junior program managers and cross‑functional teams on best practices in agile delivery and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or product management experience in a large technology or ad‑tech environment.
- Deep understanding of ad measurement concepts, attribution modeling, and data analytics.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, Python, SQL, and data pipeline orchestration.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, AI‑enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
