Lead cross‑functional technical programs that build end‑to‑end measurement solutions for Amazon Ads, integrating data science, analytics, and cloud technologies to quantify online and offline sales impact and drive advertiser insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for measurement solutions, from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design scalable data pipelines and analytics models that capture multi‑channel attribution and offline conversion signals.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination, setting clear milestones, risk mitigation plans, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on schedule.
- Leverage AWS services (Redshift, Glue, SageMaker) and SQL/Python to architect robust data infrastructure and automate reporting workflows.
- Translate complex measurement requirements into actionable technical specifications and validate solutions against rigorous quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management within ad tech, analytics, or data science domains.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, cloud‑based measurement or analytics products.
- Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, and AWS data services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with offline attribution, multi‑touch attribution, or similar measurement frameworks is a plus.
