Lead the strategy and delivery of AI compliance and developer‑tooling solutions, shaping product roadmaps, driving cross‑functional execution, and ensuring regulatory alignment across cloud‑based AI services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for AI compliance and developer‑tooling platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, security, and data science teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product features.
- Prioritize backlog, write clear user stories, and drive agile delivery across multiple scrum teams.
- Engage with external partners, customers, and standards bodies to gather feedback and ensure the product meets industry compliance standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI regulations to continuously evolve the product offering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML platforms or developer tooling.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, globally distributed teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering successful, compliance‑focused products from concept to market.
