About the Role

Bullhorn Labs is Bullhorn ’s innovation organization focused on rapidly bringing new AI-powered products and capabilities to market for the staffing industry. Operating with the speed and agility of a startup, backed by the scale and support of an established platform, Labs partners closely across Product, Engineering, AI, Architecture, Design, Customer Success, Support, and Go-To-Market teams to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into real customer value quickly.

Our model is built around rapid iteration and real-world validation. We launch products early, learn directly from customer usage and feedback, iterate aggressively, and transition successful products into sustained product and engineering teams as they scale across the broader Bullhorn platform.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an Engineer to join our leadership team. You’ll work closely with customers, executives, product leaders, architects, AI teams, and engineering teams across Bullhorn to help shape and build the next generation of AI-powered products for the staffing industry.

This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll actively code, prototype, and build products from the ground up while also helping drive technical direction and product strategy.
