About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical roadmaps for asset integrity and performance across diverse client portfolios.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in implementing reliability engineering and lifecycle management solutions.
- Analyze asset data to identify degradation trends, recommend preventive measures, and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate advanced analytics, digital twins, and IoT data into asset management platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and safety standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering measurable performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline preferred.
