Software Engineer
Lead senior-level support for enterprise systems, troubleshooting complex issues across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments while driving process improvements and mentoring junior analysts.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Windows Server, Linux, and cloud‑based infrastructure incidents.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and SQL to streamline operational tasks.
- Manage Active Directory services, group policies, and user provisioning at scale.
- Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation following ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design monitoring solutions and ensure high availability of critical services.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Windows Server and Linux environments in an enterprise setting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SQL query development for automation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, group policy management, and identity services.
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with AWS services and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, or CloudWatch.
