About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute integration and test plans for high‑performance aerospace systems, ensuring compliance with mission requirements and schedule.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using C++ and Python to improve test efficiency and repeatability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to model system behavior, capture requirements in DOORS, and validate designs through model‑based analysis.
- Lead root‑cause investigations for test anomalies, provide corrective actions, and document findings for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in Agile development environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of systems integration and test experience.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for test automation and data analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering tools and requirements management (e.g., DOORS).
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile teams and lead technical discussions.
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain interim clearance) and U.S. citizenship.
