About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end systems engineering for advanced avionics and weapon integration programs.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements, and interface control documents.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to define test plans, conduct integration testing, and validate performance.
- Analyze technical data, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in defense systems engineering, with a focus on avionics and weapon integration.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools, system modeling, and test & evaluation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global environment.
