About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design, development, and integration of mission‑critical systems.
- Define and manage system requirements, architecture, and technical trade studies to meet DoD standards.
- Oversee integration testing, validation, and verification activities, ensuring compliance with security and performance criteria.
- Implement Agile and DevOps practices, driving continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with program objectives and risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems engineering for defense or aerospace environments.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, DevOps tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Active U.S. government security clearance (Secret) required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
