Lead the technical definition and delivery of advanced security devices for assured Data at Rest solutions, driving product development and system architecture in a high‑impact, cross‑functional environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and architect end‑to‑end security device solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through design, development, testing, and deployment cycles, maintaining rigorous quality and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product management to translate market needs into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and documentation for scalable, maintainable systems.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on security and embedded platforms.
- Proficiency in Linux-based development, hardware integration, and secure firmware design.
- Deep understanding of Data at Rest encryption, key management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑reliability products in regulated or mission‑critical environments.
