Lead the definition of next‑generation motor control and brushless motor driver ICs, bridging marketing, system engineering, and semiconductor design to deliver high‑performance, sustainable power solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define system specifications and architecture for next‑generation motor control and brushless motor driver ICs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and IC design teams to translate market needs into technical requirements.
- Perform feasibility studies, trade‑off analyses, and performance modeling for power and signal integrity.
- Lead cross‑functional design reviews, ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and sustainability goals.
- Develop validation plans, prototype test strategies, and oversee characterization of silicon prototypes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in power electronics, motor control, or semiconductor system engineering.
- Deep knowledge of brushless motor driver topologies, control algorithms, and IC design flow.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex product definition cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and signal integrity analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
