Systems Engineer
Lead the architecture, integration, and validation of hydrogen fuel cell systems for material handling platforms, driving technical strategy, cross‑functional execution, and performance‑focused program delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end system architecture for hydrogen fuel cell platforms, ensuring performance, safety, durability, and manufacturability.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through concept development, detailed design, integration, and validation, acting as the technical authority.
- Develop and execute structured program plans, managing cost, schedule, and risk while delivering milestones on time.
- Perform system‑level modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink to predict performance and guide design decisions.
- Oversee thermal management and power electronics integration, conducting design reviews and verification testing.
- Drive reliability and durability testing programs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to meet product targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in fuel cell system design and integration.
- Proven expertise in system architecture, thermal management, and power electronics for hydrogen fuel cells.
- Advanced proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink for system modeling and simulation.
- Strong project management skills, including cost, schedule, and risk management in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
