About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end systems engineering for large‑scale aerospace projects, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and regulatory standards.
- Define and manage system requirements, traceability, and validation plans, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee integration and test activities, including test design, execution, and defect resolution to meet stringent quality benchmarks.
- Implement and maintain configuration management processes, ensuring accurate version control and documentation.
- Apply Agile methodologies to accelerate development cycles, facilitate sprint planning, and deliver incremental value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive systems engineering experience in aerospace or defense.
- Proven expertise in requirements analysis, integration testing, and configuration management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required.
