Systems Engineer
Lead advanced C3BM systems engineering, driving integration, failure analysis, and future concept development for Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical engineering and integration efforts for C3BM and C2BMC systems, ensuring alignment with future concepts and multi‑national exchange designs.
- Participate in systems and software engineering meetings, presenting product development updates and providing actionable technical analysis.
- Conduct failure reviews, summarize findings, and recommend corrective actions to improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and validate performance against mission objectives.
- Document engineering decisions, maintain configuration control, and support certification and sustainment activities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems engineering for Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications platforms.
- Proven ability to perform failure analysis and deliver technical recommendations.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical information to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multi‑national exchange standards and integration practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, on‑site environment.
