Principal Structural Engineer ONSITE

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will lead the design and development of structural systems for complex aerospace and defense projects. You will be responsible for the structural integrity and performance of these systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate structural systems with other engineering disciplines. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers and providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of finite element analysis, structural dynamics, and structural analysis software such as Abaqus and ANSYS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
