Principal Staff Systems Engineer - Auria

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions for complex systems and systems of systems, applying advanced problem‑solving methodologies.
• Drive engineering rigor across the development lifecycle, ensuring strict testing, repeatable processes, and reliable delivery.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for design, implementation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with customers and partners to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in systems engineering and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑component solutions.
• Strong background in testing strategies, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable artifacts.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
