Principal/Sr Principal Test Engineer - FTO Ground Test
Lead test engineering efforts for FTO ground test projects, utilizing expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning to ensure successful testing and validation of complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures to validate system performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements and develop test cases.
- Design and implement automated test tools and scripts using Python and Node.js to improve test efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Apply Machine Learning techniques to analyze test data and identify trends and patterns to inform test planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for testing and validation.
- Lead and mentor junior test engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in test engineering with a focus on ground test and FTO projects.
- Expert-level knowledge of Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based testing environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
