As a Principal/Sr Principal Supplier Mission Assurance Engineer, you will lead supplier mission assurance engineering efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier mission assurance strategies, conducting supplier assessments, and providing recommendations for improvement. This role requires strong technical knowledge of software development, testing, and deployment, as well as experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier mission assurance processes are integrated into the overall engineering lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supplier mission assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct supplier assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supplier mission assurance processes into the overall engineering lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and maintain supplier mission assurance metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier mission assurance engineering, with a focus on software development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong technical knowledge of software development, testing, and deployment, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AWS and Node.js is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
