Principal Sr. Principal Property Asset Mgmt Analyst

As a Principal/Sr. Principal Property Asset Management Analyst, you will lead the analysis of property assets to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth. You will utilize technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and management to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, specifically AWS, is also highly desirable. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
