As a Principal/Sr Principal Ground Test Engineer, you will lead ground test engineering efforts for complex systems, leveraging expertise in software development, machine learning, and cloud computing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, designing and developing test tools and software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies for complex systems, including software development, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- Design and develop test tools and software to support ground test efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and quality assurance, to ensure successful system testing.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ground test engineering, with a focus on software development, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, program managers, and quality assurance personnel.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.
