Principal / Sr Principal Engineer Electrical at Northrop Grumman. We are seeking a highly experienced Principal / Sr Principal Engineer Electrical to lead our electrical engineering team in the design and development of complex electrical systems for defense and aerospace applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in system design, simulation, and testing. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing technical roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in system design, simulation, and testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
