Principal / Sr. Principal Energetics MFG Engineer – Level 3 or Level 4

Design and develop energetics manufacturing processes and systems for Level 3 or Level 4 engineers. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems that meet or exceed customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing processes and systems are integrated with other systems and processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support manufacturing processes and systems. Provide technical guidance and support to Level 3 or Level 4 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop energetics manufacturing processes and systems.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing processes and systems are integrated with other systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support manufacturing processes and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Level 3 or Level 4 engineers.

Requirements

• Level 3 or Level 4 engineer with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Python, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
