About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead automation initiatives using Python, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to define and enforce best practices for cloud operations.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on cloud architecture, DevOps tooling, and performance optimization.
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and cost‑optimization analyses for production workloads.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Proficient in Python scripting, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices patterns.
- Experience with security best practices, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical initiatives.
