About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions on AWS to support neuroscience research and clinical workflows.
- Design and implement containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Integrate machine learning pipelines and data engineering workflows to enable real‑time analytics and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and data scientists to translate complex scientific requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead technical reviews, code quality standards, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on cloud and container technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a high‑impact environment.
