About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on security cloud services, ensuring high quality, scalable, and secure code delivery.
- Architect and evolve end‑to‑end security solutions on Azure, integrating threat intelligence, identity, and compliance controls across heterogeneous environments.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and align security initiatives with business objectives.
- Champion secure coding practices, threat modeling, and automated security testing throughout the CI/CD pipeline.
- Represent the team in executive discussions, translating technical challenges into business‑impactable insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in security or cloud domains.
- Deep expertise in Azure security services, cloud architecture, and secure software development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
