About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the Ads Trust & Safety AI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team of senior engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers.
- Architect and deliver cloud‑native services on Azure, including data ingestion, processing, and real‑time inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, policy, and security stakeholders to translate trust & safety requirements into robust software solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through code quality standards, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in C#/.NET and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Proven track record leading large, complex engineering teams delivering AI/ML‑powered products at scale.
- Deep understanding of machine‑learning pipelines, data engineering, and real‑time inference systems.
- Experience building secure, privacy‑focused systems that meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
