About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable Pega applications that meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Lead multiple Agile squads, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, continuous integration, and rapid iteration.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to define roadmaps, performance targets, and deployment strategies.
- Drive process improvements, tooling adoption, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on enterprise Pega platforms.
- Proven leadership in Agile environments, managing cross‑functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of Java, cloud services, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
