Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of high‑performance mobile experiences across iOS and Android, driving architecture, performance, and cross‑team collaboration using Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and ship scalable, high‑quality mobile applications for iOS and Android, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in defining feature roadmaps, prioritizing technical debt, and delivering on time.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in mobile development.
- Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to integrate APIs, analytics, and cloud services.
- Drive performance optimization, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of mobile software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.
- Proven track record of shipping production‑grade apps at scale.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
