About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop next‑generation contact center services using event‑driven, cloud‑native microservices on AWS.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high‑throughput systems that support real‑time customer interactions across digital channels.
- Lead technical design reviews, code quality standards, and performance optimization for large‑scale distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, and data teams to deliver seamless omni‑channel engagement experiences.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on cloud‑native, event‑driven architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with hands‑on experience building real‑time, high‑throughput services on AWS.
- Deep understanding of microservices patterns, API design, and distributed system resilience.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with contact center or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
