Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build end‑to‑end, high‑performance full‑stack applications for B2B SaaS platforms.
- Lead technical direction, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality across multiple product teams.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Integrate AI and machine‑learning components to automate workflows and enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of professional software engineering experience in a product‑focused environment.
- Strong expertise in modern web stacks, including Python or Node.js for backend services and React for front‑end development.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization/orchestration tools.
- Proven track record of building AI‑enabled features or integrating machine‑learning models into production systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to lead technical discussions, and a passion for mentoring engineers.
