Security Engineer
Lead the design and development of AI‑native platforms for IT, OT, and cybersecurity, driving intelligent automation and advanced analytics across distributed systems using Python and cutting‑edge ML techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, AI‑enabled services that integrate IT, OT, and cybersecurity data streams.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines and production‑grade inference engines.
- Collaborate with security experts to embed threat detection, anomaly analysis, and automated response capabilities.
- Drive performance, reliability, and observability best practices for distributed microservices.
- Mentor senior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud‑native deployment (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity data, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high‑impact technical initiatives.
