About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and model serving infrastructure on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices in ML engineering, testing, and CI/CD.
- Conduct performance tuning, model monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS services.
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL, and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
