Lead advanced silicon and software test engineering for AI compute platforms, driving end‑to‑end validation, automation, and performance analysis using Python and C++ to ensure reliability at datacenter scale.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive silicon and software test plans for AI accelerator IP and system‑on‑chip (SoC) solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks in Python and C++ to validate functional correctness, performance, and power consumption.
- Collaborate with design, firmware, and software teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware‑software integration issues.
- Lead test strategy for new product releases, including regression, corner‑case, and stress testing.
- Mentor and coach junior test engineers, fostering best practices in test methodology and tool usage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in silicon verification or hardware test engineering for high‑performance computing or AI accelerators.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ for test automation and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of hardware debugging techniques, signal integrity, and power analysis.
- Experience with FPGA prototyping, emulation, or ASIC validation environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
