About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow applications, ensuring high performance and scalability across the organization.
- Lead integration efforts using REST and SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external systems such as HR, finance, and security platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that enhance ITSM and ITOM capabilities.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including performance tuning, security hardening, and automation of repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on platform customization and application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular for building responsive UI components.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and web services.
- Deep understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes and how they map to ServiceNow modules.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
