Principal Senior Principal Engineer Electronics - Communications Integration Palmdale CA

As a Principal/Senior Principal Engineer Electronics - Communications Integration, you will lead the design and development of advanced electronics and communication systems for integration into complex systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing system architecture, designing and developing communication protocols, and ensuring the integration of RF engineering principles into system design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that system requirements are met and that the system is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system architecture for complex systems
• Design and develop communication protocols for integration into complex systems
• Ensure the integration of RF engineering principles into system design
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that system requirements are met and that the system is delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in electronics and communication systems design and development
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, communication protocols, and RF engineering principles
• Experience with Python, C++, and embedded systems programming
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
