Lead the design and implementation of secure-by-design platform security across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and runtime environments, driving rapid innovation while maintaining robust controls.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement platform-wide security capabilities that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and runtime environments.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Core Services, and Security teams to establish scalable security patterns and best practices.
- Lead technical direction for platform security, influencing architecture decisions and reducing security risk across the organization.
- Champion secure-by-design principles, ensuring new features and services meet stringent security standards before release.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on security tooling, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and implementing security solutions in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tooling and automation, including secure pipeline integration.
- Strong background in secure coding, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled platforms and secure deployment of machine learning workloads is a plus.
