QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end test automation for high‑scale web and mobile applications, driving quality and delivery speed with Selenium, Java, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for web and mobile platforms using Selenium and Java.
- Lead test strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable rapid feedback loops.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, fostering best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define quality gates and release criteria.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and related testing frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and version control systems.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous delivery principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
